System Technical
Services include training for the client's
IS staff on their Primac® server and operating system
and for the IS programmer. These services are available
to the client's staff who need training and familiarization
on the full range of computer systems specialties. Primac® 's
Technical Engineering instructors who have expertise
on Systems, Networks, UNIX and Windows® Administration, and
UniData programming teach these courses.
System Technical Support Training
is required for all new installations. The training
will familiarize the client's technical staff with features
of the new server and introduce server/client administration
functions such as setting client login names, passwords,
printer assignments, etc.
System Programmer Training is available
for clients who want their own programming staff to
develop modifications for Primac® . This instruction is
for programmers who have UniData knowledge and skills.
The training includes making modifications to existing
screens using Primac® Systems' proprietary screen
builder and creating new screens.
