The Primac® Inventory
Module provides an efficient and accurate method
of inventory data entry, maintenance, and inquiry for
all types of inventory, i.e. raw materials, in-process
skids, and finished goods. The Inventory Module interfaces
seamlessly with the Production Module. This integration
provides the user with an inventory environment that
eliminates repetitious data entry, minimizes the potential
for error, and provides for accurate real-time inventory
information.
Information also flows from the Purchase Order System
and Inventory Control System to the rest of the Primac® application to update files. This allows all users throughout
the network to have accurate, real-time information
about purchases and on-hand inventory levels. Powerful
cross-reference tools and search engines help users
find desired information from in Inventory, Estimating,
Job Costing, Purchasing and Accounts Payable. The Barcode
Inventory System provides a fast, efficient, error free
method of entering received products. The Barcode Inventory
System enables users to complete material transactions
quickly and accurately. Using Primac's® Barcode Inventory
System, handwritten logs and time-consuming keypad entries
become obsolete.
The Primac® Inventory Module is a fully table-driven
system. The software data tables are created and tailored
to react to your specific environment. The system provides
the end user four-level drill-down capability - the
user can drill-down to see data at the company, division,
department, and cost center levels.
Real-time data and full integration make Primac® an
