Primac Systems - Managing the Print Process

Primac's Invoice Management System (IMS) is a derivitive of our Job Ticket Framework designed to give Primac users turn-key capability to design and print customer invoices in a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) environment. It is dynamically linked to Job Costing and allows users to retrieve invoices in real time. IMS has a number of powerful features usually found in Trans Promo and Direct Marketing Systems.

• Uses the Visual Studio Development environment to allow users to create invoice layouts using Crystal Reports
• The system is pre-programmed with all of the links required to retrieve data from Job Costing
• Invoices can be retrieved from the DAILY Invoice also to facilitate the review process
• Automatic archival option of printed invoice
• Invoices can be directly emailed by the system or printed for mailing
• Unlimited number of invoices templates can be created to allow segmentation based on transactional data, such as state or region
• One invoice layout based on your current invoice included in the system purhcase and additional invoices can be developed for you at minimal cost
• Direct links to job costing to retrieve live data
• Retrieve invoices by the same criterion available in Job Cost Invoicing
• WYSIWYG type design enviroment allows practically any invoice layout that can be placed on paper
• Include barcodes, color and graphics in your layout
