Release of Primac® ® Budgeted Hourly Rate Module

anuary 5th, 2005– Dallas, TX – Primac® Systems announces the general availability of the Primac® ® BHR module. This new module employs an interface and data transfer between Primac® 's General Ledger System and PSK & Associates' SextantT BHR System.

The SextantT BHR System simplifies the process of reviewing and revising BHR standard rates and enables Primac® ® users to perform this annual or semi-annual task in much less time that previous methods.

General Ledger, cost center, and employee data is extracted from Primac® ® through an XML interface and populates data fields in Sextant. Then SextantT does the BHR calculations based on NAPL, CPIA, and BFIA methods and produces reports showing the revised rates based on all-inclusive, manufacturing, and direct costs.

SextantT provides a series of reports including General Factory Overhead cost analysis and Administrative Overhead analysis. SextantT can budget for various overtime factors and handle shift premiums.

SextantT allows an unlimited set of scenarios to allow the user to evaluate different assumptions, plan for new equipment, head count changes, shift configuration changes, etc.
